What is a "whole Health System?

The 50 Fit Challenge is a heath and fitness system that includes physical, mental and emotional coaching and training to create a whole health life.

When does the 30-Day Challenge begin?

The 50 Fit 30-day Challenge is a 4-week comprehensive Healthy Life Management Program. Our squads will meet in groups of three. Please refer to our calendar for sign-up dates.

Who is this program for?

The 50 Fit 30-Day Challenge is for the busy professional, entrepreneur and business owner who wants to kickstart their health. It’s also for anyone who is ready to commit to a “new fit” lifestyle. Our members come from all diverse backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, and fitness levels. The community of 30-Day Challenge members is encouraging and supportive to ensure you have the best experience.

What time(s) of the day are group sessions offered?

I offer them throughout the day AM, afternoon, and PM – depending on participants availability they are placed in the appropriate group.

Can I start the group option righty away?

No. It’s subject to availability. You may be put on a waitlist for the following month

Can I start the One on One VIP option right away?

Yes. As soon as the following week.

What do I need to prep to get ready for the 30- Day Challenge?

Once you have signed up, you will recieve a set of Preparation videos that will outlib=ne what yo uneed to prepare for the start oif your 30-Day Challenge

How long are the videos?

Every week you will be provided with several short videos that describe the week’s theme and Mind Training exercise.

What do I need for equipment?

There will be a video outline the necessary minimal equipment you will need to have to participate in the Challenge

What comes next after I have completed the 30-Day Challenge?

You will have the option to continue onto PHASE 2 of your 50–Fit Whole Health journey

Can I sign up for individual elements of the 50 Fit System?

Yes. Once you have completed the 30-Day Challenge, you will then have the option to purchase “Alumi A La Carte” or the complete PHASE 2

How do you deliver the 50 Fit Challenge?

The entire Challenge is virtual – we work remotely throiugh FaceTime or Zoom.

Is the eating plan customized?

Yes. I will persoanlly build your meal plan according to your desired goals.

What is the Methods of payment?

Once a spot is available I provide a secure lik for payment

How do I get started?

Do you provide a workout/exercise schedule for off-days (days not scheduled with you)?

Yes. Participants receive my cardio system. With 3 sessions a week I assure you you won’t need or want to workout more.
